Voicenest Support

One question a week. Their stories, in their own voice, forever.

How does my parent or grandparent record?

They never install anything. Send them the link from the This Week tab. They open it on any phone or computer, press the big button, and talk. The recording arrives in your app automatically.

A story hasn't arrived yet

Pull down on the This Week screen or tap Check Now to refresh. If they recorded on a different device, make sure they pressed the final "send" step. Links stay active for 14 days.

Backup & restore

Stories back up to your own private iCloud automatically. On a new iPhone, go to Settings → Restore from iCloud and everything comes back, including recordings.

The book & voice archive

In the Book tab you can generate the memoir PDF and export the Original Voice Archive. Both are yours to keep — the PDF prints at any shop, and the archive is plain audio files plus a readable index.

The Gift

The Gift is a one-time purchase — no subscription, nothing renews. It supports Family Sharing, and your first three stories are free in full. Listening back and iCloud backup are never behind a paywall.
